Dear friends, When the spring breeze of April brushes against the pages of books, we welcome the 30th World Book Day. On this day that belongs to the seekers of knowledge, forty-one colleagues from Suzhou and Jiangxi of **TFC** received a special "invitation to read" — the admission notice for the first session of the Tianqi Training Camp. 

**Using Books as a Medium, Paying Tribute to Growth** World Book Day is not only a celebration of the love for reading but also a commitment to lifelong learning. The Tianqi Training Camp is a comprehensive development program for frontline production management personnel (team leaders, production supervisor assistants) meticulously planned by the **TFC** Academy. It integrates learning and practice. In the Tianqi Training Camp, based on the design concept of the Harvard classic blended learning program, we have incorporated elements such as learning, practice, sharing, and book deconstruction. From classic theoretical knowledge to lean improvement tools, it not only provides new production management personnel with a comprehensive learning opportunity but also offers experienced team leaders a chance to elevate their practical experience to a theoretical level. We hope that in the name of learning, we can initiate an unforgettable journey of self-transformation for frontline production managers. 

**Admission Invitation, Mission Accomplished** On April 23rd, colleagues from the **TFC** Academy visited the frontline workshops to present the first batch of trainees with the "Tianqi Admission Notice.” The notice, in the form of a "folded book,” is inscribed with the theme "A thousand sails compete for the lead; after a hundred battles, one returns to study again.” It reflects the spirit and posture of frontline production managers striving for excellence in the rapid development of **TFC**'s business. It also conveys the company's eager expectation for battle-tested team leaders to further their studies and grow together with the company. We hope that everyone maintains a humble and open mindset, transforms experience into methodology through systematic learning, and achieves a closed loop of practice cognition re practice. 

**Tianqi's Promise, A Future to Look Forward To** Suzhou Trainee Yanqiu: "The moment I received the admission notice, I was reminded of Inamori Kazuo's saying, ‘There is a god in the field.’ This is probably the best growth declaration for our team leaders.” Jiangxi Trainee Shilin: I am honored to receive the warm invitation from the **TFC** Academy, which gives me the opportunity to learn. In the days to come, being able to make progress with so many outstanding colleagues is very exciting. I will also continue to strive in my future work and study, stay true to my original aspiration, and temper my professional quality in practice and exploration. I will not let down the trust of my leaders and the expectations of the company. Jiangxi Trainee Ruyun: I am grateful for the learning opportunity provided by the company. I will improve my professional ability in line with business needs and strive to create greater value for the team. 

**Next Stop: A Preview of Excitement** Starting from April 28th, trainees will bring their admission notices and officially embark on a 20 week journey of learning and growth. May this admission notice, carrying the fragrance of books, become the turning point for you from "competence" to "excellence.” When the pulse of the production line resonates with the sound of turning pages, we will ultimately witness: knowledge sprouting beside the machine and wisdom blooming on the production line.
