In November, the autumn chill deepens and the wind turns cooler. During this period of alternating warmth and cold, there were songs and laughter here, making people feel as if they were bathed in the spring breeze. Last Sunday (November 4th), colleagues from the Third, Fourth, and Fifth R&D Departments of TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd., together with their families, attended an autumn feast — the outdoor development activity of the R&D Department of TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd.

 This activity, with the theme of "Team Cooperation and Never Shirking Responsibility", aimed not only to relax the body and mind but also to enhance the awareness of team cooperation, temper the will to tackle technical challenges, build mutual trust and support, stimulate individual potential, and let everyone feel the power of the team.

 In the early morning, the colleagues made an appointment to gather at the company. The "big shots" who owned cars took everyone with them and set off! Soon, we arrived at the location of this development activity — Suzhou Taihu Cowboy Country Club. The Cowboy Club is a place especially suitable for team activities. It has entertainment items such as rock climbing, rowing, horseback riding, single-plank bridge crossing, and dragon boat racing, all of which require the team to complete together.

"When people are together, it's a gathering; when hearts are together, it's a team." Throughout the whole day's activities, everyone was full of passion and enthusiasm. When participating in the projects, they fully demonstrated the unity and friendship of the TFC team. Everyone supported and encouraged each other and completed one project after another.

Game Interaction and Mutual PK

During the activity, everyone was divided into two teams for the PK activity. At the beginning of the activity, a warm-up team-building game was carried out first. Two development training activities, namely "Drum Up Enthusiasm" and "Supersonic (Flipping Playing Cards)", were also carried out respectively. During the activity, everyone actively discussed strategies, hoping to defeat the other side. In the end, the two sides tied with a score of "1:1".

Team Coordination and Unity of Effort

In addition, everyone also participated in the group dragon boat race. Everyone was very nervous during the game, fearing that "the team's boat would capsize at the slightest mistake" haha... However, with the joint efforts of everyone, it was still successfully completed!

Bravely Climb the Peak and Fear No Challenges

Some male colleagues also participated in rock climbing. Everyone gave advice and cheered them on from below. In the end, with the encouragement of everyone and their own perseverance, the participating colleagues bravely climbed the peak and successfully reached the top of the mountain. The tenacity and the spirit of fearing no challenges of our R&D personnel were fully demonstrated.

Mutual Support and Trust

After the activity, everyone happily chatted and laughed on the way home and shared beautiful photos. Through this small-scale team-building activity, the mutual understanding among colleagues was enhanced, and the trust of employees in the team and others was strengthened, which is of profound significance for cultivating the spirit of team cooperation.

As R&D personnel, we should believe in our comrades-in-arms who fight side by side with us and believe in the power of the team. At the same time, we also need to cultivate innovative and divergent thinking and temper the will to tackle technical challenges. There is no desperate situation, only people who are desperate for the situation. With preciseness, focus, high efficiency, and professionalism, we believe that with the joint efforts of everyone, we will surely become a respected high-level technical team.
