As an old saying goes, "When hundreds of generals share one heart and the three armies unite their strength, and everyone is eager to fight, then they will be invincible wherever they go." The success of a team is inseparable from a common goal. A high-performance team must be one where all members aim at the common goal, execute efficiently, and are sure to fulfill their mission.

On the evening of March 13th, under the leadership and planning of two managers, the AWG (Arrayed Waveguide Grating) product line held a team-building activity with the theme of "Greeting the Goal". All the management personnel of the AWG product line participated in this team-building activity.

This team-building activity was carried out in three main parts.

Looking Back on 2020: Analyze the Highlights and Shortcomings for Better Improvement

When summarizing 2020, the AWG product team had many shining points. With the joint efforts of everyone, the yield rate, production capacity, and efficiency had been greatly improved, and excellent results had been achieved. Everyone expressed their opinions freely, not only summarizing the aspects that were done well but also reflecting on the deficiencies in their past work positions and putting forward improvement suggestions.

Looking Ahead to 2021: Focus on Goal Achievement and Team Motivation

In the coming 2021, the AWG team discussed how to achieve the goal of 200 million yuan for the product line, centering around the company's overall "2112" goal (to achieve a revenue target of 1.2 billion yuan in 2021). They discussed from multiple dimensions, such as the division of job responsibilities, the key points for improving the yield rate, the important concerns of everyone, and the direction for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Everyone brainstormed and spoke freely, offering suggestions and strategies for the common revenue goal.

Team-building Dinner: Creating a Communication Platform

After the discussion meeting, the members of the AWG team had a dinner together. During the dinner, they communicated deeply, and the on-site atmosphere was harmonious and full of love. This not only enhanced the relationship among team members but also improved the team's cohesion.
