June 10, 2020 - Suzhou TFC Optical Communication (Shenzhen GEM: 300394) ("TFC"), a global leader in vertical integrated optical device manufacturing and service provider for high speed optical transceivers, today announced its intent to acquire Auxora, Inc ("Auxora"), headquartered in Shenzhen, China. 

Found in 2000, Auxora is a global leader and manufacturer in optical coatings and optical components. Over the past 20 years, Auxora has developed proprietary technologies in optical thin film filter coating, optical glass processing, micro optics free space assembly etc.
