August 26, 2025 — TFC (TFC Communication) disclosed its 2025 semi-annual report, showcasing robust growth driven by industry demand. In the first half of 2025, the company achieved total revenue of 2456 million yuan (approximately $338.74 million USD), a year-on-year increase of 57.84%. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached 899 million yuan (approx. $124.03 million USD), up 37.46% year-on-year, while adjusted net profit stood at 867 million yuan (approx. $119.64 million USD), a 35.27% increase. Operating cash flow surged 26.65% to 608 million yuan (approx. $83.89 million USD). Basic earnings per share (EPS) were reported at 1.158 yuan, and the weighted average return on equity (ROE) was 20.13%. The company also announced an interim dividend plan of 5 yuan per 10 shares (tax included). 

Industry Demand Fuels Growth 

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) and global data center expansion have driven steady demand for high-speed optical devices, boosting sales of TFC's active and passive product lines. Product performance varied across segments: while the telecommunications market maintained stable demand for optical components, the data center sector experienced strong growth due to expanding applications in virtual economies, cloud computing, and AI, prompting ongoing global data center capacity upgrades.
